Passion for Fashion: literature programme for Fashion Cities Africa, Brighton

We are thrilled to be working with Brighton Museum on a special weekend of literary activity (28-29 October 2016) inspired by its current exhibition, Fashion Cities Africa, including an evening event and a creative writing workshop.

On Friday 28 October, we are running a special Late Event at the museum, Passion for Fashion, presenting tales and poetry from Kenya, South African and Nigeria. Be prepared for chilled out live music, cocktail concoctions, live literature and a DJ social at the end to catch up with friends and others.

Tickets only £5 advance or on the door. Cash bar. Fun guaranteed!

On Saturday 29 October, we are running a one-day creative workshop for writers of all levels to get inspired by fashion, culture and design from Africa, with the view to creating new writing and a zine to take home.

Tickets are £30, includes lunch, refreshments and other nice things.

For further information, please see below or on Facebook: Passion for Fashion Creative Writing Workshop
