Throughout the year, we run projects that help bring to life unique cultural voices and heritage, explored through literature, spoken work, storytelling and other art forms.

We created the Voices series as a way to spotlight on specific cultures: Asian Voices and Latin Voices. This has seen several popular events at Crawley Library exploring the Asian contribution to Sussex, a new festival of Latin culture, Latin Voices Live!, and theatre work with two new productions, Baldev’s War and La Llorona.

We are also exploring other themes that address the diaspora experience such as the No Place Like Home project.

And we are interested in supporting writers to try out new art forms – for instance through our INCUBATE live lit residency.

We are also happy to hear your ideas about new projects, in particular through our Voices series – drop us a line on
